To help you understand the process of creating a custom home, we have outlined the steps below. Please note: If you have existing plans designed by a third party, we are more than happy to provide you with a written, detailed quotation for the cost of building. Contact us for more details.
Step 1: Concept You will meet with the builder to discuss your vision of your dream home. You are encouraged to bring pictures and floor plans to show your likes and dislikes. The builder will ask about your lifestyle and of course, your budget. All of these aspects will be taken into consideration when designing your custom home.
Step 2: Design After the initial meeting, High Level Construction Ltd. will design a house specifically for you. You will review the design and make any changes you wish. Once you are satisfied with the drawings, we will submit them to the local building department to be approved.
Step 3: Build Once the drawings have been approved, the construction process will begin. During this time, you will choose your exterior and interior decor choices. If you would like any assistance, our Customer Service Representative is readily available to you. Throughout the building process, you are welcome to contact the builder about any questions or concerns you may have.
Step 4: Completion Your home is now complete! The builder will give you a walk through of your new home and go over any questions or concerns you may have. The keys will then be handed over to you so you can start enjoying your new custom home.
